In a nutshell, I'm a 3d artist who often gets to wear the technical artist hat. I'm interested in animation or VFX positions that allows me to me put my technical abilities to use, while retaining a measure of artistic input on projects.
My main tools of the trade are Maya, Softimage, Arnold Render and Nuke, and I'm warming up to Houdini and Modo. Crowd and technical animation work have also exposed me to some heavyweight proprietary tools.
In my own time I run around with my Nikon, usually managing to hold the right end too. It combines well with my love for traveling, you'll find the results thereof in the ambitiously named photography section.
